2 The composition of a simple control system
(1) Measurement and transmission
This part is on site and consists of various transmitters. According to the measured parameters, they are generally divided into the following categories:
A. Temperature sensor, transmitter B, pressure/pressure transmitter
C, flow transmitter D, liquid level transmitter
E, power transmitter
F. Analytical instruments - such as: flammable gas detection probes, oxygen analyzers, turbidimeters
(2) Actuator
This part is also on-site, and the common implementing agencies are regulating valves, inverters (such as constant pressure water supply), AC and DC speed control motors, and so on.
(3) Controller
This part is generally in the control room, the simplest single and dual loop controller, multi-parameter, multi-loop general use PLC, industrial control, DCS systems, and so on.

Thermocouple
