Recently, Beijing Zhongkehan Tianxia Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hantianxiaâ€) announced that the company found that a model of “5124†RF power amplifier chip (hereinafter referred to as “5124 chipâ€) appeared and sold on the market. The company's legal department and technical department analyzed and verified that the chip was suspected of copying three chips of Han Tianxia: HS8684CM, HS8684E, HS8689E, which seriously infringed the company's intellectual property rights.
At the same time, Han Tianxia said that the chip industry independently researched and developed by the company has been fully protected by various intellectual property forms such as patents, integrated circuit layout design, copyrights (see Figure 1), and the allegedly infringing 5124 chip and company integrated circuit layout design. In order to stop similar or suspected infringements from continuing or recurring, Han Tianxia solemnly announced:
1. Any company or individual who wants to produce, manufacture, sell, promise to sell or import chip products containing intellectual property rights owned by our company must obtain prior written permission from our company;
2. Any company or individual that has not written permission from our company has already produced or sold, promised to sell or import chips containing intellectual property rights of our company, and shall immediately stop the infringement;
3. If the warning is invalid, our company will investigate the infringement liability of the responsible person in accordance with the law.
