Last week, polysilicon prices rose 3%, the biggest increase in eight months

Data from Bloomberg New Energy Finance shows that the price of polysilicon, a raw material for manufacturing solar modules, rose by 3% last week, the largest increase since the last eight months. London’s research team said that the spot price of polysilicon materials rose from $26.52 per kilogram in the previous week to $27.36 per kilogram. Polysilicon raw material prices have been falling since September of the past 12 months, except in the second week of December. In the past 12 months, it has accumulated a drop of 61%.
