The robot program control circuit randomly controls the various audio signals (10) through the circuit. It has the characteristics of simple circuit, convenient operation and low cost.
As shown in the figure, the program programmed in the tape is input from the Vi end. lC1 (555) and R6, C3 form a monostable trigger circuit. Each time an audio signal is input to the V1 terminal, the ICl trigger is set once to form td=1.1R6C3, and a positive polarity pulse of about 0.6 seconds is sent to the CP end of the IC2. 1C2 uses 1/2CD4013 (D flip-flop), which is connected to flip-type trigger, that is, every time a positive pulse is sent, the output state of Q2 changes once. The output of IC2 is divided into two ways, one way is added to VT10 which is used as electronic switch tube, and the power is turned on for each relay; the other is sent to IC3. IC3 is a four-input NAND gate, which uses 1/2CD4011 to form pulse keying multi-harmonic The oscillator has an oscillation period of T = 2.2R6C5, and the illustrated parameter is about 1 second. It generates an oscillating signal as a clock pulse for IC4. IC4 uses a decimal counter/pulse splitter. Under the action of the clock CP, its output terminals Y0~Y9 sequentially appear high-level pulses with a pulse width of T. VT0~VT9 are turned on in turn, the corresponding J0~J9 is controlled to be connected, and the external solenoid valve or the follower mechanism is controlled to control the ten actions of the manipulator respectively. The suction of 10 J can be arranged or selected according to the needs of the work.
It is worth mentioning that although this circuit can only control 10 actions, if necessary, using the carry pulse of the 1C4 Qco terminal (12 feet), you can cascade 2 or several CD4017 to expand the control range.
