At present, 14 classes and 111 hours of short-term in-service talent training courses have been completed, with 337 trainees. The course content includes electromagnetic compatibility, heat dissipation technology, optical design and optical simulation, which are currently of concern to the LED industry. In the future, relevant courses will be actively offered. The focus will be on the reliability and life technology of LED lighting products, the safety standards for LED lamps and the latest standards for LED street lamps in mainland China.
