Second, prequalification conditions
(1) Qualifications required by the bidding enterprise
1. An enterprise that is legally registered in the People's Republic of China and conducts annual inspections on time, has the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person, and has an industrial and commercial business license, a tax registration certificate, and an organization code certificate;
2. The registered capital of the bidding enterprise is more than 2 million yuan (including 2 million yuan);
3. Have a good reputation and a sound financial system, in line with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;
4. The equipment or products provided by the bidder must be new, meet the technical parameters and performance requirements of the bidding documents, and have the relevant department inspection report and the manufacturer's quality certificate.
(2) The bidding enterprise shall carry the following original materials to participate in the prequalification of qualification:
(1) Legal power of attorney; (2) Legal person business license;
(3) Tax registration certificate; (4) Organization code certificate.
(3) The bidding enterprise shall submit a copy of the following materials (with official seal) when participating in the prequalification, and bind it into a book.
