In addition, the TC78B025FTG uses a 1-Hall drive system and a current-free sense resistor system to reduce the number of external components and help save board space. The industry-leading [1] low on-resistance (0.2 Ω (typ) (sum of high side and low side)) helps reduce IC self-heating during operation and extends support for high current drives.
