On November 23, Taiwanese LED manufacturer Xu Ming Optoelectronics announced on Monday that the issue price range was $14.50-$16.50, issuing 5.25 million ADSs and raising $81 million. It is planned to be listed on NASDAQ, code LEDS. It is expected to be IPO in the week of December 6.
Xuming Optoelectronics was founded in 2005 and has revenues of $29 million over the past 12 months.
