The HZ-892 vibration speed sensor is mainly installed on the bearing covers of various rotary machinery devices (such as turbines, compressors, fans and pumps, etc.). It is an electromagnetic sensor that outputs a voltage by cutting a magnetic line of force by a moving coil. Therefore, it has a feature that it does not require a power supply and is easy to install.

3. installation

3.1 Installation position: Mount vertically or horizontally on the vibration point to be measured, and attach the M8×1.25 screw magnetic base at the bottom of the transmitter to the shell to be tested. Then tighten the sensor and tighten it.

3.2 Installation Dimensions and Specifications: Refer to Figure 3 (Installation and Protection of Speed ​​Sensors). If the mounting position of the sensor is affected by high-temperature steam, etc., in order to reduce the ambient temperature of the sensor and additional protective measures are required, under normal circumstances no protection is provided.

3.3 Use and insulation requirements. The sensor output is levitationally grounded. Plugs and sockets connected to the sensors are marked with numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4. Considering that the wiring is firm and reliable, "1, 2" and "3, 4" are respectively short-circuited and used. “1, 2” is used as the A terminal of the sensor signal output, and “3, 4” as the B terminal. When connecting with other devices, the A and B terminals can be interchanged without distinction. The connecting wires require good insulation properties. Two-core shielded cables are used. The shield of the cable is floating at one end and grounded at the other end. Sensor Installation Our factory uses M10 fixing screws. For the protective measures of the sensor installation, the factory is equipped with a protective cover, and the rest is handled by the user according to local conditions.
