The constant temperature and humidity test chamber does not cool down. It is very common in maintenance. Suzhou Baoyutong organizes this fault data for your reference:

Failure phenomenon:

1, the temperature does not cool or does not heat up

2, the humidity can not be lowered or not added

3, refrigerant leakage

4, the refrigeration system is blocked (capillary blockage)

cause of issue:

1, 1 heat is not good, install the appropriate power of air conditioning in the equipment use site to cool down or open the door and window to allow air to circulate

2The refrigeration system is blocked, find the plugging point, replace the dry filter, add the refrigerant marked by the compressor, and re-commission

3 Condensing fan is damaged, replace the condenser fan

2, 1 heat is not good

2The compressor is damaged, replace the same type of compressor, (preferably the same brand)

3The overcurrent protector is abnormal, the overcurrent protection is damaged, or the debugging is not good, resulting in the current setting being reduced.

Solution:

1. The compressor is damaged or not opened, replace the compressor and check whether the compressor circuit and control components are damaged.

2 refrigerant leakage, use nitrogen leak detection method to find the leak point, weld, vacuum, add refrigerant, re-commission

3 solenoid valve is abnormal, replace the solenoid valve, check the solenoid valve control circuit

4 Capillary blockage, replace the capillary, replace the dry filter, purge the condensing system impurities with nitrogen, add refrigerant debugging

5 condenser icing, heating to dry the moisture in the box, cooling

2, 1 heating tube is damaged (replaceable)

2 solid state relay is damaged, you can replace it

3, 1 humidification tube is damaged, you can replace it

2 control humidification water level float does not float

3 humidified solid state relay is damaged
