According to the categories of protection against electric shock, the lamps can be classified into Class 0, Class I, Class II and Class III. Among them, Class 0 lamps can be said to be the least safe. Dou Linping said that this is mainly because these lamps are not included. The I, II, and III lamps all take additional protective measures to provide protection against electric shock even if the insulation protection fails.
