How to use and maintain the manual pressure source correctly

(1) The user of the instrument should first read the instruction manual of the instrument to fully understand the performance structure, working principle and precautions of the instrument.
(2) When installing and placing the pressure source, if there is a plumb line on the instrument, the vertical position should be handled; if there is a horizontal bubble, adjust the horizontal position of the instrument to reduce or avoid the systematic error.
(3) The working medium used by the pressure source shall comply with the requirements of relevant verification procedures. Common working fluids are: distilled water, pure mercury and alcohol.
(4) When filling the working medium with the pressure source, the air accumulated in the medium should be fully discharged.
The exhaust method is: slow pressurization, the liquid column rises, when the liquid column rises to the measured median value, it can be slightly pressurized, close to the upper limit of measurement, and slowly pressurize until the upper limit of measurement, so that it can work several times. The gas in the medium is drained clean.
(5) Sealing inspection: pressurize the pressure source to the upper limit of measurement, close the pressure source and keep it for 10 minutes. If the indication value is unchanged after 5 minutes, the sealing of the pressure source is considered to meet the requirements.
(6) Adjust the zero point indication value of the liquid column, which can be divided into two steps: coarse adjustment and fine adjustment:
Coarse adjustment: When adding working fluid to the pressure source container, the liquid level should be slightly higher than the zero mark.
Fine adjustment: Exclude air from the pressure source, and then adjust the zero point.
(7) The connecting pipe between the pressure source and the pressure source, preferably a hose, and requires no deformation under the limit pressure, and the hose for measuring the negative pressure is preferably a vacuum tube.
(8) The ambient temperature of the liquid pressure source verification and use is:
First-class pressure source: (20 2) ° C, temperature fluctuation does not exceed 0.5 ° C;
Second-order pressure source: (20 5) ° C, temperature fluctuation does not exceed 1 ° C;
Third-order pressure source: (20 10) °C, temperature fluctuation does not exceed 5 °C.
(9) The instrument should be cleaned regularly, the working medium should be replaced regularly, and the verification should be carried out regularly. The verification period is generally 2 years.
(10) After the pressure source is used, the pressure is completely relieved.
If the instrument is not used regularly, the pipe that can be connected to the atmosphere should be blocked or dusted to prevent the liquid surface from being dirty.
Although the manual pressure source has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and high measurement accuracy, if the use and maintenance are improper, the measurement result will not reach the accuracy of the application, so it should be noted that the manual pressure source is properly used and maintained.
