Huawei packaged under-cell panel production capacity

Apple's iPhone recently weakened its momentum, and the world's third-largest smartphone maker in the mainland continued to fight for shipments in this quarter, trying to overtake Apple. Huawei's mobile phone chip factory, Haisi, cooperated with the parent company to rush the chip self-sufficiency rate, and recently expanded orders in TSMC, Yanpin and KYEC, adding momentum to Taiwan's semiconductor industry in the off-season.
The semiconductor industry revealed that HiSili is the most active mobile phone chip factory in the first quarter. The main reason for the parent company's Huawei sprint mobile phone chip self-sufficiency rate is from 30% last year to 70%. Compared with Apple's recent weak momentum in pulling goods, Huawei replaced it and played a key role in the electronics industry during the low-end period of Apple this quarter.

Huawei has set a target of more than 130 million mobile phone sales this year and an annual increase of more than 20%. With Huawei's 70% self-sufficiency rate for mobile phone chips this year, Heis must provide more than 90 million wafers from Huawei. Haisi has not announced details of its mobile phone chip sales target this year, but in the first quarter, it has expanded its orders in TSMC to fully cooperate with Huawei.

Last year, Haisi was the first TSMC supplier to introduce a 16-nm FinFET (Fin Field Effect) process, including its main chip unicorn series and Netcom processor.

Haisi's rear-end packaging is all commissioned by the counterfeit products. The test was carried out by KYEC. The two packaging and testing plants also showed that the first season was not weak with TSMC. At the same time, it actively built capacity for Haisibu, and delivered the goods during the Spring Festival. It is expected that the revenue will have strong growth momentum from March, and TSMC is the first semiconductor stock in the first season.

In recent years, Huawei has risen rapidly with its own brand, not only in the mainland, but also in Europe. According to the survey of the state-controlled enterprises, the sales volume of smart phones last year exceeded 100 million, reaching 108 million. It surpassed Lenovo and became the largest mobile phone brand in the mainland. The world ranking is only Samsung and Apple, ranking third.

Huawei has also plundered the ground in emerging markets such as India. It recently launched two new glory 5X and Holly 2 Plus machines in India, and shouted the goal of triple the sales of smart phones in India this year. According to foreign reports, Huawei is optimistic about the development of smart phones in India. It has set up a Netcom equipment factory in the local area. Last year, it was approved by the Indian government to set up a factory producing electronic or telecom hardware in India.
