System hardware design

The hardware design of the system includes two parts: LED lamp control terminal and touch panel, which is used to realize intelligent lighting control of LED lamps; mainly includes control module, communication module, LED driver module, power module and so on.

(1) Hardware design of the main control unit

The main control unit of LED intelligent lighting control system is composed of two main parts: LED lighting control terminal and data acquisition terminal. The LED lamp control terminal is composed of ARM processor STM32 as the control core, which is composed of power supply circuit, peripheral circuit and illumination sensor. (2) Hardware design of touch panel

The hardware circuit design of the touch panel is based on the new generation ARM processor STM8S. The STM8S series processor comes with a touch software library design, which can realize capacitive touch sensing detection by using the charge transfer characteristics of the capacitor itself.

(3) Design of ZigBee wireless communication module

In order to realize the centralized management and environmental monitoring functions of LED intelligent lighting system, this paper uses ZigBee wireless module based on Internet of Things to form a communication network.

The system's Zigbee wireless communication module uses the CC2530 module, and the TI CC2530 is a true system-on-chip (SoC) CMOS solution. The solution will improve performance and adapt to frequency-based applications, and its low cost, low power requirements.

It combines a high-performance 2.4GHz DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum) RF transceiver core with an industrial-grade compact and efficient 8051 controller.

(4) Design of the power module

Considering that the design is applied in a home, and the power supply in the home is mainly 220V AC power supply, the power module is designed to use multiple discrete components to achieve different voltage output voltage regulator circuits, of which 3.3V and 5V power supply first The 220V power supply is converted into a 12V DC power supply by the switching power supply. The +12V to +5V uses the LM2576 series of regulators. The LM2576 is capable of driving a 3A load with excellent linearity and load regulation. The +5V power supply schematic is shown in Figure 4:

The +5V to +3.3V uses the AMS1117 voltage regulator. The AMS1117 can provide 1A of output current with a minimum input voltage of 1V and an output of +1V. After being regulated to +3.3V by +5V, it is supplied to the CPU and other chips. The schematic diagram of the +3.3V power supply is shown in Figure 5.

System software design

The software design of the system mainly realizes the collection and transmission of LED intelligent lighting control and environmental data. Through the ZigBee wireless communication network, the centralized management and data collection functions of LED lamps can be realized.

Through the study of relevant theoretical knowledge, this paper adjusts the brightness and color of LED lamps according to the characteristics of LEDs, and adds brightness sensor and human detection sensor to realize the intelligent, digital and networked LED lighting system.
