November 8, 2016 – Recently, TE ConnecTIvity (hereafter referred to as “TEâ€), the world's leading provider of connectivity solutions, announced the new industrial connector RJ45 Cat 6A, adding a new member to its popular RJ45 product line. The connector can be easily and quickly connected to the Cat 6A without any tools, saving time on site.
This connector can be connected to the most popular wire variant Cat 6A, capable of handling 10 Gbps and up to 500 Mhz. In addition, like all other Industrial Ethernet RJ45 connectors from TE, the RJ45 Cat 6A connector is rugged and durable, making it ideal for industrial Ethernet applications. It is worth mentioning that it is also equipped with a powerful and fast connection technology - TE patented common core platform technology.
In terms of performance, it also has an automatic wire cutting function. When the core sleeve is closed, the excess wires are cut off and the wires are connected to the plug. This can help on-site construction for accurate and safe installation for optimum performance.
