2, the type of tensile clamp.

The tension clamp is divided into a bolt type tensile clamp, a compressive tensile clamp, a wedge tensile clamp and a pre-twisted tensile clamp according to the structure and installation manner.

The bolt type tension clamp is a tension clamp for fixing a wire with a bolt.

The compressive tensile clamp is a tensile clamp that secures the wire by compression.

The wedge-shaped tensile clamp is a tensile clamp that secures the wire with a wedge.

The pre-twisted tension clamp is a pre-formed spiral strip wound on a wire or ground for mechanical or electrical loads.

In addition, the tension clamp is divided into two categories according to the current flowing through the clamp and the non-flow through the clamp. The current clamp does not flow through the clamp and flows through the wire itself. It is called a bolt-type tensile clamp. The current flows through the clamp, and the clamp that is fastened by crimping is called a compressive tensile clamp.

Second, technical requirements.

(1) The general technical conditions of the tensile clamp shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2314-2008, and shall be manufactured according to the prescribed procedures.

(2) The connection dimension of the tension clamp should be ensured to match the fittings connected to it.

(3) Tension clamps that withstand electrical loads shall not reduce the electrical conductivity of the conductors, and their electrical performance shall meet the following requirements:

1 The resistance between the two ends of the wire contact is not greater than the resistance of the same length of wire for the compressive tensile clamp; the non-compressive tensile clamp shall be no more than 1.1 times the same length of the wire.

2 The temperature rise at the wire contact should not be greater than the temperature rise of the connected wire.

3 The current carrying capacity of the tension clamp shall not be less than the current carrying capacity of the installed conductor.

(5) The curved extension of the uncompressed tensile clamp, when the conductor and the ground wire are in contact with each other, the radius of curvature at the exit of the secondary bending extension is not less than 8 times the diameter of the installed conductor and the ground. .

(6) The internal porosity of the compression type tension clamp should be minimized to prevent moisture intrusion during transportation.

(7) The connection between the tension clamp and the wire and ground wire should avoid the problem of bimetallic corrosion caused by two different metal parts.

(8) The tension clamp should be considered. After installation, there should be no damage to the conductor or ground wire caused by excessive vibration caused by breeze vibration, wire shock or other factors in the contact area of ​​the wire, ground wire and fitting.

(9) Tension clamps should avoid stress concentration and prevent excessive metal cold deformation of wires and ground wires.

(10) The strength of the non-compressed part of the compression type tensile clamp steel anchor pipe shall not be less than 105% of the wire and ground wire calculation breaking force or meet the requirements of the purchaser.

(11) The strength of the bolt type tensile clamp shall not be less than 105% of the calculated breaking force of the wire or meet the requirements of the requirements.

(12) Compression type tension clamps shall be marked with a compression part and a compression direction on the outer surface of the pipe.
