First, the tender conditions

Entrusted by the People's Republic of China Erlian Customs, the public bidding for the maintenance and renovation project of the underground garage of the Science and Technology Building of Erlian Customs was conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Tendering and Bidding” and the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China for Tendering and Bidding Implementation.

Planned duration: 20 calendar days.

Scope of tendering: This project does not divide bids.

Quality standards: in line with national quality acceptance standards.

Third, the qualification requirements of bidders

(I) Qualification requirements of construction companies

1. It should have an independent legal personality, and have sufficient assets and ability to perform the contract. In the past three years, there has been no violation of laws and regulations, no order to be suspended or bankrupt, and the assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen, and personnel, equipment, Funds and other aspects have corresponding construction capabilities.

2. The company has the qualifications for the third-grade (including level 3) and above qualifications for general contracting of building construction issued by the construction administrative department.

3. The person in charge of the proposed project must be a qualified construction engineer (having a Grade 2) and above in the architectural engineering (at the same time, he must have a safety assessment certificate).

4. Bidding companies outside the autonomous region shall go through the filing procedures according to the requirements of the “Inside Construction Worker [2016] No. 138 and Xijian Jian [2016] No. 117” documents and provide a screenshot of the website with official seals.

Fourth, bid registration and qualification review data

1. The registration time is from November 10, 2016 to November 16, 2016, every day from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30 (except holidays). Overdue will not be accepted.
