1. (2) Having an effective ISO9001 series quality system certification covering the contents of the water wheel pump or water turbine product;
(3) Proposed project manager shall have a professional title above the engineer, and shall be assigned to a field representative (can be the same person as the project leader) with a title of senior technician or engineer. The above personnel shall be the incumbent of the unit and must provide labor contract or social insurance. (4) The bidder has had similar water turbine pump or hydro turbine manufacturing performance since January 1, 2010 (according to the time when the contract was signed) (a valid similar performance check must be provided).
(5) The bidder is not being ordered by administrative or disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities at or above the municipal level to order suspension of business and cancellation of bids; the property has not been taken over by the judicial department or administrative law enforcement department, frozen or in bankruptcy; has been executed or is being executed There are no fraudulent acts in the contract and there is no false performance; the contents of the bid documents are true and there is no falsification; and in the past three years, the bidders have not recorded any illegal acts in the bidding activities (a seal of the legal person stamped by the bidder and signature or cover of the legal representative must be issued. The effective similar performance stipulated in the bid evaluation method refers to the turbine pump or turbine equipment that has been successfully operated since the bid opening date; similar performance must provide the original equipment purchase contract and original user certificate, otherwise it is not considered as a valid result.
(7) The bidder has not been ordered to suspend business, cancel or suspend the eligibility status of the water conservancy project in Jiangxi Province.
(8) The bidder must investigate the site on its own, make specific understanding of the installation environment, traffic conditions, etc., and submit the declaration of the surveyed site and the commitment to guarantee the supply to the owner before the deadline for the submission of the bidding documents, if it is in the process of supply and installation. If the terrain or installation environment is not clear enough to result in supply, construction or construction delays, all responsibility will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
